Triptrotting tip: Make 2 copies of important documents (AKA passport) that you plan on bringing with you on your travels. Keep one at home and take the other with you. Keep both in a safe place so if you ever do lose your passport, you’ll have temporary backups.

When traveling internationally, be sure to make extra copies of your passports and store them in different places throughout your luggage. For example, you may want to put one copy in your wallet, one in a backpack, and another in a dufflebag.
