Hold up — The UPDATED results for Ultimate Triptrotter 2012!
Re-Announcing the Ultimate Triptrotter 2012!!
Unfortunately we had a mishap in our first batch of winners, but we’ve caught it now, and would like to re-announce the top three Ultimate Triptrotters for our 2012 contest. We’re very sorry for this but want to make sure we choose the winners fairly so that they can rightfully indulge in their prizes and the top Ultimate Triptrotter will enjoy their trip to Los Angeles.
SO, without any further ado, here are the results:

Announcing the 2012 Ultimate Triptrotter!
It was a long summer at TT headquarters in Los Angeles filled with sun, surf, and incoming submissions for the 2012 Ultimate Triptrotter Contest. We had applicants from all over the world submit videos portraying their city from their eyes, showing us what it’s like to live and be from there. After a few months now, the contest has come to a close, and we are ready and eager to announce the winner!
To remind everybody:
Winners were determined by the video with the most likes on YouTube. The prizes?
1st Place: the 1st place video wins the Ultimate Trip to Los Angeles! This includes accommodation, flight, and amazing experiences planned out by Triptrotting locals. The winner will have the Ultimate Los Angeles experience and be chauffeured by locals to Hollywood, eat cotton candy at Santa Monica Pier, check out what’s up at LA Live, witness the luxury Beverly Hills, and much more. It will be a trip of nonstop adventure, sights, celebs, and fun.
2nd Place: the 2nd place video gets a GoPro Camera! that’s right, the world’s most versatile camera
3rd Place: 3rd place video receives a Samsung Tablet. Ooooh, not too shabby!

- We will add your video to our playlist!
Winners will be determined by the video with the most likes, views and overall awesomeness (as determined by the Triptrotting team).
The contest is running officially on Triptrotting’s Youtube page from August 6 - October 3, 2012.
The contest is open to anybody 18 years old and above. Winner must have a valid visa for travel.
